Rule no_spaces_around_offset

There MUST NOT be spaces around offset braces.

Configuration

positions

Whether spacing should be fixed inside and/or outside the offset braces.

Allowed values: a subset of ['inside', 'outside']

Default value: ['inside', 'outside']
